SPINACH PARATHA
Ingredients
- 1 Cup wheat flour
- 250 grams chopped spinach
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp carom seeds(ajwain)
Procedure
- Clean the spinach & soak it in some water for 10 min after adding salt
- Squeeze out water & cook closed for just 1 min
- Cool and grind to a fine puree..add salt,carom seeds and spinach puree to wheat flour & mix well. Add more water if required to make soft dough and leave covered for 15 mins
- Make chapathi or paratha and serve hot. Its very healthy and tasty.
