SPINACH PARATHA


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup wheat flour
  • 250 grams chopped spinach
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp carom seeds(ajwain)
Procedure
  1. Clean the spinach & soak it in some water for 10 min after adding salt
  2. Squeeze out water & cook closed for just 1 min
  3. Cool and grind to a fine puree..add salt,carom seeds and spinach puree to wheat flour & mix well. Add more water if required to make soft dough and leave covered for 15 mins
  4. Make chapathi or paratha and serve hot. Its very healthy and tasty.
