Clean the spinach & soak it in some water for 10 min after adding salt
Squeeze out water & cook closed for just 1 min
Cool and grind to a fine puree..add salt,carom seeds and spinach puree to wheat flour & mix well. Add more water if required to make soft dough and leave covered for 15 mins
Make chapathi or paratha and serve hot. Its very healthy and tasty.
