Ingredients

*chopped carrot,cabbage,capsicum,green chilli and ginger_garlic paste.
*pepper powder.
*ajinomoto.
*maida.
*corn floor.
*lemon.
*salt.
*soy sauce.
*oil.
*spring onion.
*tomato ketchup.

Method for manchurian balls.

1. Take a bowl,add all vegetables(carrot,cabbage,capsicum,green chilli).
2. Then add pepper powder,ajinomoto,maida,corn flour,salt,soya sauce,ginger and garlic paste.
3. Mix all properly make small rounds.(no water should be added,because water will be released from vegetables and it is enough to bind balls).
4. Heat oil in a pan,deep fry on medium flame until it is golden brown.
5. Drain oil and keep aside.

Method for making gravy

1. Dissolve 2 tsp corn floor in a 1 cup water.
2. Heat oil in a pan,add minced ginger and garlic,green chilli and chopped spring onions,saute fr 1 min add soya sauce and tomato ketchup.
3. Pour 2 cup hot water,pepper powder and salt.
4. Let mixture boil for 1 min and add dissolved corn floor in a pan.
5. Stir well and add fried balls.cook for 3 min.
Note: If you want to have dried manchuria u can just fry in a little oil and all little ingredients without starch of corn floor.
