AMLA CANDY
Ingredients
* Amla(1/2kg)* Sugar(300gms)
* Powdered sugar(50g)
Method
1. Boil water in a pan and put amla into the water..let it be for 3 mins.2. Remove pan from the stove and allow it to cool.
3. Take out amla and separate the amla divisions with hand.(amla will become very smooth that we can remove the nut by hand itself)
4. Mix sugar with amla pieces,cover with lid and keep that aside for 3 days.
5. Now we can observe that amla is dipped in a sugar syrup.
6. Remove amla pieces and allow it to dry in sun for two days.
7. After it become hard sprinkle powdered sugar.store it in air tight container.
Its very tasty...
