Bhindi Gravy

Ingredients
*Bhindi(500gm).
*Tomatoes( 3 ).
*Ginger and garlic(small piece).
*Green chilli(2).
*Curd/dahi(1/2 cup).
*Cloves,cardamom( 2pcs).
*Oil.
*Bay leaves.
*Onions(2).
*Turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander and cumin powder( 1spn each).
*Salt.
*Kasuri methi( 1 spoon).
*Coriander leaves.

Method

1. Rinse bhindi in running water and drain it,wipe each bhindi and make it totally dry,chop it into small pieces.
2. Grind tomatoes,ginger,garlic,green chilli,curd,cloves,cardamom,cinnamon grind it into smooth paste.
3. Heat 2tbsp oil in pan add bhindi and salute them on low flame,let it be untill it is lightly brownish and place it in a plate.
4. In same pan add oil,bay leaves and chopped onions,stir well untill golden.
5. Add turmeric,red chilli,coriander and cumin powder.
6. Then add tomato-curd paste stir well.
7. On low flame stir well untill it get thick and will observe oil leaving the sides.
8. Then add 3/4 cup water,salt as needed and mix well.
9. Add kasuri methi and garnish it with coriander leaves.
