Masala Pav
Ingredients

Method
1. Slice Pav into two and keep aside
2. Rinse and finely chop 1 onion,2 tomatoes,2 capsicum(green bell pepper) & crush 3 garlic cloves and small ginger,1-2 green chillies.
3. Now take pan,melt 2 tbsp butter add cumin seeds and let them splitter.
4. Now add crushed ginger,garlic and green chilli.then add onions,mix well until it gets brownish.
5. Then mix tomatoes stir and salute for 3-4 min on medium flame,add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and Pav Bhaji masala as per your needed taste.
6. Stir and mix masalas very well,now add capsicum and stir for 2 min.
7. sparkle salt as required,pour 2/3 cup of water,bring mixture to simmer on low flame,it should get thick.
8. Bring masala to one side of pan,melt some butter on empty space in pan,place Pav slices on butter,toast them lightly or let them just absorb butter.
9. place masala on Pav with spoon evenly.
10. Garnish with chopped onions,coriander leaves and lemon slices.
Serve hot
