Paneer Butter Masala
Ingredients
- Paneer.
- Tomato(5pcs).
- Onion(5pcs).
- Red chilli(2 pcs)
- Coriander.
- Butter(2 tsp)
- Cordomon (2pcs).
- Cumin powder(1tsp).
- Oil.
- Ginger and garlic paste(2 tbsp).
- Salt.
- Red chilli powder(3sp)
- Garam masala(1 tsp).
- Cream(1sp).
- Turmeric(1sp).
- Cashew(10 pcs).
- Bey leaves(2).
- Hing(pinch).
- Green chilli pieces(5pcs).
Method
1. Fry paneer pieces for 2mns in oil.keep it a side.2. Now make onion paste and tomato puree seperately.
3. Take oil in a pan add red chilli pieces,cardomon,hing,cumin and bey leaves.
4. Now add ginger garlic paste to it.
5. After 2 mns add butter, onion paste and salt.
6. Continue stiring untill onion becomes golden brown.
7. Then add tomato puree,tumeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala and let it be for some time.
8. Add cashew nuts,slices of green chilli and pour some water.stir well untill it become thick.
9. Add paneer pieces and cream.cook for 5 mns.
10. Garnish with coriander.
Serve hot with naan
