Potato Chips

Ingredients
1. Potatoes
2. Salt
3. Oil

Procedure

1. Make the slices of potato.
2. Wash the slices for 2_3 times in different water.
3. Take a bowl, add water,salt and potato slices and allow it to settle for 1/2 hour.
4. Rinse water and pat dry slices.
5. Rub the slices with a dry cloth.
(Make sure that slices should be entirely dry)
6. Deep fry the slices until it becomes golden brown.
7. Allow it to cool and eat.
