Vegetable Biryani
Ingredients
*Chopped carrot,potato,onion,binish.
*Green chilli.
*Bay leaves,rai,jeera,hing,red chilli.
*Ginger and garlic paste.
*Biryani masala.
*Rice.
*Salt.
*Oil.
*Curd.
*Tomato.
*Jeera powder.
*Coriander.
Method
1.Heat a pan and add oil in it,add bay leaves,red chilli,rai,jeera,hing.
2. Then add onion and green chilli.
3. After it gets brownish,add ginger and garlic paste.
4. Then drop chopped vegetables into it.
5. Stir well and add salt,biryani masala.
6. Mean while wash 1 cup rice with clean water for 3 times and add 3 cups of water into rice.
7. Pour rice into vegetable masala and close cooker.

FOR RAITA.
Mix chopped onion,chopped tomato,salt and jeera powder into curd.
Add water if required to make thin raita.garnish with coriander.
