Paneer Bread Rolls


Ingredients

*crumbled paneer.
*onion chopped.
*chilli powder(1/2 tsp).
*jeera powder(1/4 tsp).
*garam masala(1/2tsp).
*ginger_garlic paste(1/2tsp).
*coriander chopped.
*tomato sauce.
*bread.
*butter.
*salt.

Method

1. Take paneer in a bowl,add red chilli powder,garam masala,salt,coriander,onion and jeera.
2. Mix lightly with finger tips,then add tomato sauce,ginger_garlic paste.
3.  Mix it well and set aside.
4. Remove crust from bread,roll out slice as thin as you can.
5. Place 1 tsp for filling on one end of bread slice.roll in from one end.
6. Make sure filling stays well inside the roll.
7. Keep it in thin cloth for moisture for 10 mins,this will make soft.
8. Butter up the rolls on all sides,lightly roast in a pan until all sides are brownish.
9. Cut up and serve with ketchup.
