Khajur Rolls

Khajur Rolls Ingredients: *Dates(khajur). *Ghee. *Cashews. *Badam. *Raisins. *Pistachio. *Popped seeds(khas khas). *Milk(optional). Method: 1. Finely chop dates,cashews,badam,pistachio and raisins. 2. Now take 2 spoon of ghee in a pan,when its is little hot drop dates into it. 3. Keep on stirring until its soft. 4. If you find its hard you can add little milk. 5. After it add all dry fruits and mix well. 6. Take it out if stove and make balls or rolls by your palms. 7. Roll it on roasted popped seeds and serve. 8. You can keep in frig for cooling.
