TOMATO CHUTNEY Ingredients * Tomatoes(4pcs). *Urad dal(1 spn). *Red chilli(2). *Cloves(2). *Black pepper(1 spn). *Ginger(1 spn). *Salt. *Mustard seeds(1 spn). *Curry leaves(5). *Fenugreek seeds(pinch). *Asafoetida(pinch). *Oil. Method 1. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil and add urad dal(black gram).after it turns brown add dry red chillis,cloves,black pepper and ginger. 2. Then add tomatoes,hing and salt.Stir until tomatoes soften about 6-7 min on low flame. 3. Let it cool,grind it,add 2 tbsp water and make it smooth paste. 4. In same pan heat 1 tbsp oil,add mustard seeds and crackle them,add curry leaves,fenugreek seeds,asafoetida and red chilli. 5. Then add ground tomato paste.stir well. 6. Check taste and add salt if required. 7. Serve with rice or chapati.

Cheese Pizza

CHEESE PIZZA Ingredients *pizza bun. *butter. *chopped vegetables(cabbage,carrot,capsicum,onion,tomato). *black peeper. *salt. *red chilli powder. *turmeric powder. *oil. *cheese grated. *tomato ketchup. Click here to get the better slicer procedure °Gravy:-Take a pan,add oil then pour onion and tomato puree. Stir it until its thick,add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and tomato ketchup. °Stuffing:-Finely chop all the vegetables(carrot,cabbage,onion,tomato,capsicum),add salt and mix well. Finy grate the cheese. Pizza making 1. Take a non-stick tawa. put on the stove and keep pizza bun(upper side) into the pan,let it become hot and turn the bun. 2. Apply butter on the bun and gravy of thick layer,then spread chopped vegetables and garnish with cheese. 3. Keep on low flame and cover pizza with lid. 4. Wait for 5 min and check whether cheese has melt or not. (Make sure bun should not burn and should be crispy,keep it on low flame). 5. After it is done,

Bread Pizza

Bread Pizza Ingredients *bread *tomato ketchup *onion *tomato *bell pepper *cheese *oregano *salt *pepper *oil Method 1. Mix chopped onions,tomato,capsicum,oregano,salt and pepper in a bowl.Set aside for a while. 2. Take bread slice and toast it in a pan, remove this in a plate. 3. Apply some tomato ketchup over toast and spoon some vegetables filling over this. 4. Sprinkle cheese over it. 5. Put that filled toast on tawa and cover it with lid. 6. Before rub some oil on tawa so that toast won't burn. 7. Leave for 2 min on low flame till cheese melt and bottom crisp up. 8. Cut it into wedges and serve hot. Enjoy this recipe,U will love it.
