SWEET CORN SOUP

VEGETABLE SWEET CORN SOUP

Ingredients

* Chopped carrot

* Green beans

* Cauliflower & spring onion green.(1cup each).
* Sweet corn.(3 cups)
* Sugar,salt and white pepper(optional).
* Corn starch(corn floor with water).

Method

1.Boil water in a pan and add chopped carrot in it.make sure you dice vegetables as small as possible.
2.after 3min add all remaining vegetables.cauliflower,green beans & spring onion.
3.let them nicely cook in pan.
4.take around 2/3 of sweetcorn kernels and blend in fine paste.add this thick paste along with whole 1/3 sweetcorn in a soup.
5.let it simmer for some time.
6.now add sugar,salt,white pepper.
7.after soup boils add corn starch paste to thicken the soup.
Sweetcorn soup is ready to serve.garnish with some chopped carrot,spring onion & serve hot.
